The Certified Generative AI Associate (CGAA) is a 8-week, project-based program designed to equip learners with the skills, tools, and creative mindset required to develop real-world AI applications. Tailored for individuals ready to launch or advance a career in technology, this immersive course takes participants from the fundamentals of Python through AI-enhanced application development, culminating in the creation and deployment of fully functional AI-powered apps on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Participants also learn to build intelligent chatbots and automation systems.
Certified Generative AI Associate (CGAA)
Python Fundamental
This division introduces the basics of Python programming, including syntax, variables, data types, loops, and functions. Students also learn how to handle errors, work with files, and use built-in libraries. By the end, learners will be able to write simple, well-structured Python scripts.
Building Python Apps with AI
Here, students learn to use Python for basic AI applications by working with data using libraries like Pandas and Scikit-learn. They’ll build simple machine learning models and visualize data insights through practical, hands-on mini projects.
Building & Deploying AI Apps
This division focuses on creating real-world AI applications using advanced tools like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch. Students build and deploy intelligent apps—such as chatbots or image recognizers—and learn how to bring AI solutions to life through web interfaces.

Engr. Timothy Ugbaja is a distinguished technology leader and educator with over two decades of experience in driving digital transformation across the fields of artificial intelligence, cloud computing, DevOps, machine learning, and quantum technologies.
Timothy’s career reflects a deep passion for education and innovation. He served for 14 years as a Computer Science lecturer at the Assemblies of God Divinity School of Nigeria, where he taught foundational and advanced concepts in computer science, AI, and cloud technologies—shaping the next generation of IT professionals. His leadership journey includes serving as General Manager at Bellemem Nigeria Limited, where he strengthened the company’s technological direction and delivery capacity.
Today, as Program Director for CPI Education, Engr. Ugbaja brings his deep expertise, strategic vision, and passion for learning to advance CPI’s mission of delivering world-class technology training and certification programs.
